ORDERING
We prefer
Paypal, the online bank, which is why we use the Paypal shopping
cart. It's quick, easy and free to sign
up for the service, which allows you to use any credit card to
make payment to us or thousands of other online merchants, or
you can set up a secure online account that's connected to your

If you don't want to
use Paypal, use the Paypal shopping cart to add up your order
with shipping charges (orders of $200 or more ship FREE!),
then print out the completed shopping cart and fax it with with
your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to (718)
631-9230 (or, e-mail Junko at Junko@JunkoFisher.com).
We'll e-mail or fax you as soon as we receive your order, to confirm
receipt, provide an estimated delivery date and arrange to receive
your payment (if you're not using Paypal, we'll accept money orders
or cashier's checks).
Most orders will ship
in 5-7 business days (but if you're ordering something we have
in stock, you could have it in 2 days!). |
RETURN POLICY
We
will accept returns of merchandise IN UNUSED CONDITION within
7 days of delivery, for refund or exchange.
We reserve the right not to refund any returned items after 7
days. Please send returns to the address above with a note explaining
why they have been returned; please include your contact information
as requested above, along with your Paypal account number or an
indication of the alternate payment method you used. |
